PRADA x ADIDAS FOOTBALL
To launch the high-end collaboration of Prada for adidas football, the client wanted to utilise an exterior app to the traditional adidas app and dotcom channels. Adidas' own CONFIRMED app features their most special product stories and features: fashion collaborations and exclusive ranges presented in a more editorial format.
The CONFIRMED app has its own component library and screen layout toolbox, and has a vastly different look and feel to the adidas app. It's goal is to engage with the audience on a deeper level, and drive customers to purchase or to sign up for exclusive launches.
To best showcase the beautiful imagery and motion content, we mostly used full-screen components for a focused view, and additionally some horizontal scrolling galleries and storytelling elements.
In order to promote users of the adidas dotcom channels to download the CONFIRMED app and further engage with the Prada x adidas football collection, more responsive components were created for the adidas website, app and CRM. A QR code on desktop components urged users to pick up their phone and scan: linking users with the CONFIRMED app in the webstore, whereas the CTA on mobile linked users directly.
